Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom designed or engraved items may require additional processing time; we’ll provide you an estimated lead time at checkout or by email.

Domestic Shipping
We offer ground and expedited shipping across the U.S. All orders are fulfilled from our StillWater, MN location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected service level, and package weight. Standard ground shipping usually delivers within 3–7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. If you’re an international customer interested in placing an order, please contact us for special arrangements.

Insurance & Signature Requirement
All shipped orders are fully insured in transit. We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your piece arrives safely and securely.

Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 651-439-0921 or email loann@stokesjewelry.com. We do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but cannot guarantee adjustments once the shipping label is printed.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your jewelry arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, please notify us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the carrier and assist with an insurance claim.
