Refund policy

At Stokes Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Showcase Items: We will gladly exchange or offer in-store credit for any item sold from our showcases within 30 days of delivery.

Original Condition: Items must be in their original condition and cannot have been altered in any way.

Estate Items: Please note that Estate items are sold "As-is" and are clearly marked as such on your receipt. Because of their unique nature, these items are excluded from any warranty or return.

Custom Pieces: Customized or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless found to be defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

In these instances, we will provide a full refund or replacement, including any applicable shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: To begin the process, please contact our team at our official email or phone number.

Details Needed: Please provide your order number and the reason for your request.

Shipping: You will receive specific instructions on how to securely ship the item back to us.

4. Refunds & Credits

Inspection: Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your in-store credit or refund.

Processing Time: Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was incorrect or defective.

5. Shipping Your Return

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Tracking: Because jewelry is high-value, we strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
